PRIVACY POLICY
1. Data Controller:
DressWell is responsible for the security of user data. Contact: info@dresswellapp.com
2. Collected Data and Purposes of Use:
Visual Data: Photos uploaded by the user are stored for wardrobe creation and AI analysis purposes.
Identity Information: Profile information received via Google, Apple, or email is used for account management.
Analytics: Anonymous performance data is collected through Firebase/Google Analytics.
3. Data Retention and Disposal Policy:
Account Deletion: When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Post-Subscription Deletion: Data of users whose Premium subscription ends is permanently purged from our servers (Supabase) 7 days after the transition to the Free plan.
Manual Deletion: When the user selects "Clear Wardrobe," the selected images are deleted instantly.
4. Third Parties and Security:
Gemini AI: Images are transmitted for real-time analysis; they are not used for model training.
Infrastructure: Your data is kept encrypted on Google Cloud and Supabase.
Advertising: In the free version, advertisements may be displayed via anonymous device IDs.
DRESSWELL - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) & TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction and Acceptance
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between the person using the DressWell mobile application (“User”) and the Application Developer (“DressWell Team”). By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. Apple App Store Mandatory Terms
Acknowledgment: This Agreement is concluded between the User and DressWell Team only, and not with Apple. DressWell Team is solely responsible for the Application and its content.
Maintenance and Support: DressWell Team is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Application. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services.
Warranty: The Application is provided "as is." In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
3. Subscriptions and Payments (Guideline 3.1.2)
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
Refunds: All payment and refund processes are managed by Apple. Please refer to Apple App Store policies for cancellation and refund requests.
4. Scope of Service and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
DressWell offers digital wardrobe management and style recommendations powered by Google Gemini AI.
Disclaimer: AI recommendations are algorithm-based. DressWell does not guarantee accuracy or suitability. Responsibility for decisions based on AI outputs belongs solely to the user.
5. Fair Use and Anti-Abuse Policy
To ensure system stability, the following limits apply:
Premium Limits: Subscribers may upload a maximum of 200 images per month and receive up to 50 style recommendations per day.
Data Retention: If a Premium subscription expires and reverts to "Free" status, data uploaded during the Premium period may be permanently deleted within 7 days of expiration. Users are responsible for maintaining an active subscription to protect their data.
Prohibition of Automation: Use of bots, scripts, or automation tools is strictly prohibited and will lead to permanent account closure.
6. Content Responsibility and Age Limit
Ownership: Users must own the copyrights to the images they upload.
Illegal Content: Uploading illegal, obscene, or infringing images is strictly prohibited. Legal responsibility belongs to the user.
Age Limit: You must be at least 13 years old to use this application.
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please ensure you have reviewed it carefully.

Dear User, in accordance with the GDPR and relevant data protection legislation:
Purpose of Data Processing: Your images are processed for the purpose of performing style analysis with artificial intelligence and providing digital wardrobe services.
Data Transfer: For visual analysis, your data is transmitted via secure protocols to the Google Gemini AI system; it is not stored permanently there.
Critical Retention Period: In accordance with our fair use policy, wardrobe data of users whose Premium subscription ends is deleted after 7 days.
Your Rights: You can send your requests to access, correct, or delete your data to info@dresswellapp.com.
