These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between the person using the DressWell mobile application ("User") and the Application Developer ("DressWell Team"). By using the application, you are deemed to have accepted these terms unconditionally.
DressWell is a platform offering digital wardrobe management and style recommendations powered by Google Gemini AI.
Disclaimer: Recommendations provided by AI are algorithm-based. DressWell does not guarantee the accuracy of these recommendations or their suitability for personal preferences. Responsibility for decisions arising from AI outputs belongs to the user.
The following rules apply to prevent misuse of the system:
Premium Limits: Premium subscribers can upload a maximum of 200 images per month and receive a maximum of 50 style recommendations per day.
Subscription Status and Data Retention: For users whose Premium subscription ends and reverts to "Free" status, content and wardrobe data uploaded during the Premium period will be automatically deleted from the system within 7 (seven) days from the subscription expiration date. The user is responsible for renewing their subscription to protect their data.
Prohibition of Automation: Accounts that interfere with the system using bots, scripts, or automation tools will be permanently closed.
The user declares that they own the copyrights to the images they upload.
In the event of uploading illegal, obscene, or infringing images that violate the rights of third parties, all legal responsibility belongs to the user.
Subscription transactions are managed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The policies of the respective stores are essential for cancellation and refund processes.
